For those who recently received a large number of emails from the server with the Subject "Apologies" TDL was stuck in a programming loop across the entire memberbase and due the enormous number of emails queued it did take a number of hours to repair. In that time you may have received more than 1 email containing this subject and TDL would like to apologise for this.

Yes the email is ironic to apologise for a glitch with a glitch but you do not need to submit a support request as we are well aware of the issue and have since resolved it :)


In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Support Hours are between 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri and 10am-4pm Weekends however if an agent is available outside of these hours your ticket will be dealt with in a timely manner.
